Healthy Lifestyles Programme

 

The project will promote healthy eating alongside a keep fit programme and will endeavour to instil the long term benefits of this to the young people we work with in the Fuse Youth Café. The project will organise weekly cooking/baking classes every Monday with the members choosing the recipes, have smoothy and pizza, pasta classes on a Wednesday and alongside the healthy eating will be a session for the young people on a Friday to have fun keeping fit with various keep fit activities to complement the improved diet. The project runs over the course of three evenings a week.
